Aurora Cacciapuoti

I was born in Sardinia, in 1981. At the moment I live and work in Cambridge. At present my time is spent between working as a freelance illustrator and activities of creative workshops. I attended illustration courses at ECA (Edinburgh College of Art), in Hamelin association (Bologna), and at international school of illustration in Sarmede (Italy). I created the project "365 faces in 2011" (nekocherry.tumblr.com) - I drawn one face a day, using different styles, both to experiment different techniques and to have a deadline on a small creation every day. In 2012 I created the project "52 + 2 book covers" (auroracacciapuoti.tumblr.com), drawing every week a speculative book cover. For my crafts I created my own brand, Nekocherry, under which I sell my creations on my Etsy shop (http://www.etsy.com/shop/Nekocherry). Some of my collaborations: Marriott Hotel/Gruppo Naldi, Lok, Comicsweb, Scuola di fumetto/Coniglio editore.
