This means that Cambridge Creative Network will only store the data necessary to offer services provided on the website.

Membership

Individuals can sign up as a member of the Cambridge Creative Network directory. Personal data such as contact name, email address, phone number and website address is collected. A unique identifier (Account Number) is also created, and public IP address recorded for security reasons. Signing up as a member of the Cambridge Creative Network directory means you agree to the processing if this data.

Storing your Personal Data: 

All data collected is stored safely on secure servers. We only hold personal data for as long as necessary and once data is no longer needed it is deleted from our files. To subscribe to our mailing list you only need enter your email address which allows us to send you regular newsletters. If you wish to unsubscribe from the mailing list your email address is deleted from the database and cannot be retrieved. Where we have given you a password in order to access certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
